Follow the instructions below to make your application – you must register in order to do so.
There are three categories of materials and the information we require is dependant on the category you choose.
- Non-Soil
- Comprised of materials included in list of Acceptable Managed Fill,
Managed Fill: but excludes soil (stone, sand, silt, clay, loess, loam or any combination thereof) and excludes asbestos fibres and asbestos-containing materials.
- Combined Non-Soil and Soil
- Comprised of materials included in list of Acceptable Managed Fill, including soil (stone, sand, silt, clay, loess, loam or any combination thereof,
or acceptable materials in soil sized particles) which may contain contaminants that do not exceed the waste acceptance criteria listed
on Table 2, but excludes soil containing asbestos. May be soil only.
- Combined Non-Soil and Soil with Asbestos
- Comprised of materials described for combined non-soil and soil managed fill, and also includes soil containing asbestos.
